🎁 Earning Points

• Rate: $10 = 1 point.

• Eligible purchases: Walk-in (POS) and online orders.

• Start balance: Every new account or existing customer starts with 1 point.

• Timing: Points posted immediately after making payment successfully. In case, refunds, cancellations or fraud, the reverse points may take up to 7 business days.

• Silver: 150 points → 5% discounts.

• Tier discounts apply automatically at checkout when thresholds are reached.

👤 Registered Members

• Customers with prior membership retain their existing discount automatically without earning points.

⚠️ Redemption and Restrictions

• Points are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

• Discounts and redemptions apply only to eligible items and may not combine with other offers unless stated.

• Business may set minimums, excluded items, redemption limits, or promotional bonus rules.

⏳ Account Claims, Disputes and Expiry

• Non-member points must be claimed by registering within the timeframe published in-app.

• Report missing or incorrect points within 30 days of the transaction.

• Points and tier status expire:

- All saving points will be expired in 1 year of unactive account.

- After coming back from unactive 1 year, the saving point begins from 1 point

- In case your saving points is about to be expired at the end of the year, to keep it saving by every making 1 transaction could extend 3 months of the expiration.

🚨 Fraud and Changes

• Fraud or abuse results in point reversal, account suspension or cancellation.

• Program rules, rates, tiers and benefits may change; continued participation indicates acceptance of updates.
