1. How do I earn Toys & Me saving points?

You can earn Toys & Me saving points by making order purchase transactions. Use these points you have earned to reach the tier you are wishing for.

2. Can I earn Toys & Me points when I made a transaction at Toys & Me Shop?

Surely, you can earn it. Both purchasing with Toys & Me E-commerce and Toys & Me shop are eligible to earn Toys & Me saving points.

3. Will my Toys & Me saving points expire?

Yes, it will. However, we also have some rules as below:

  • All saving points will be expired in 1 year of unactive account.
  • After coming back from unactive 1 year, the saving point begins from 1 point
  • In case your saving points is about to be expired at the end of the year, to keep it saving by every making 1 transaction could extend 3 months of the expiration.
4. How do I become a Toys & Me member?

You’re automatically included as a Toys & Me member so long as you have made a transaction. There are 4 member tiers (Member, Silver, Gold and Platinum), which you will achieve once you accumulate the number of points needed for each tier. Depending on your tier status, you will be entitled to a host of exclusive benefits. Your benefits may include discounts and partner exclusives. You can refer to this table for the number of points needed to reach the next member tier, as well as your benefits.

5. Will my Membership tier be ‘downgraded’?

As long as you accumulate the number of points needed to meet your Membership tier within the first 1-year period – between 1 January and 31 December. After that 1-year period you will continue to maintain your tier status by making 1 transaction to delay to the next 3-month period. If there are no transactions in 3 months, Membership will be lost as consider as unactive account but when you start making purchase so your saving point will start from 1 point.

6. What will happen to my benefits if I get downgraded from my current Membership tier?

If you get downgraded from your current member tier, you’ll no longer have access to all the previous benefits, associated with your higher Membership tier. Of course, the easiest way to prevent this from happening is to make transaction more and accumulate enough saving points to maintain your member tier.

7. Can I transfer my membership and benefits to someone else?

Unfortunately, your membership and saving points are non-transferrable. Your saving points is a benefit linked to your membership tier.
